Become a MENTOR! Our Care Coordinators and Directors appoint mentors to support our newest Angels through a comprehensive 6-week mentoring program. In this role, you will provide both personal and professional support, assist with navigating everyday challenges, and serve as a role model for new employees. To qualify as a mentor, you should demonstrate leadership qualities, a deep understanding of company policies, empathy, and effective communication skills.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience. We also offer various incentive programs to help you earn additional income—schedule an interview today!

No Experience Required:
Our incoming Angels will complete a thorough orientation led by our experienced staff. The orientation course introduces our Caregiver Development Program, which includes advanced hands-on training designed to enhance existing skills or develop new ones. All employees benefit from monthly online training sessions to refine their skills and cultivate an exceptional level of professionalism unmatched by other agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Light housekeeping—general cleaning tasks.
  • Personal care—assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, oral care, toileting, and incontinence needs.
  • Social interaction—engaging clients in games, reading, and puzzles.
  • Specialized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients—supporting cognitive exercises and fostering social interaction.
  • Errands and shopping—assisting clients with grocery shopping and various appointments.
  • Medication reminders—ensuring clients take their prescribed medications punctually.
  • Meal preparation—assisting with daily nutrition and accommodating special dietary needs.

Flexible Scheduling Options:
Choose from various shifts, including 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour schedules. Select the hours that suit you best with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.
