The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at the Carnegie Club, located within Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. What will you do?

– Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, process payments, and provide correct change.
– Mix beverages according to established recipes and company standards.
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify identification, and comply with all alcohol service policies and procedures.
– Accurately complete sales and inventory reporting.
– Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and other supplies.

More about you

– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
– Experience with cash handling and credit card processing.
– Previous experience using a computerized point-of-sale system.
– A high school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical requirements

– Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
– Ability to occasionally lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds.
– Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.
