Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Servers to join our Carnegie Club team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus, communicate restaurant specials, answer menu inquiries, and collect food and beverage orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, in accordance with all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and deliver checks to guests.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, kitchen, and bar staff.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and fully operational.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing is required.
• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume environment and familiarity with a point-of-sale system is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• A high school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, which may include navigating stairs.
• Sufficient visual acuity and hearing ability to take orders and prepare checks.

• Availability for holidays, weekends, and occasional overtime
