We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill full-time and part-time Cashier positions at the Cleveland Museum of Art, located at 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Please note that we only accept online applications for this role.

Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established procedures for processing cash refunds.
  • Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints in a courteous and service-focused manner.

  • Monitor customer purchases in the café line, ensuring portion accuracy.
  • Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies while ensuring cleanliness in service areas.
