We are seeking to fill both full-time and part-time Cashier positions immediately.

Job Summary:
As a Cashier, your responsibilities will involve processing sales transactions, verifying cash drawers, providing change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. Additionally, you may engage in general food service work and ensure the maintenance of sanitation standards in all preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure accurate recording of purchases.
• Issue receipts to customers, provide change, and accept various payment methods, including declining balance cards.
• Adhere to standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Engage with customers to address and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Monitor customer purchases and ensure portion accuracy.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and other general supplies while maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
• Keep the pastry case stocked.
• Comply with company service standards as well as inventory and cash control procedures.
• Abide by all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety regulations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
