We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who have a passion for the outdoors to fill the role of part-time permanent Cashier within the Division of Parks & Watercraft, located at Lake Hope State Park in Vinton County (27331 St Rt 278, McArthur, OH 45651). This part-time position is budgeted for 1,200 hours per fiscal year, equating to approximately 23 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with a diverse range of customers visiting Lake Hope State Park & Visitor Center on a daily basis.
– Process sales transactions at the visitor center gift shop or camp store efficiently.
– Carry out custodial duties, demonstrating a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Compensation:
– The starting hourly wage is $19.95, with opportunities for multiple pay increases during your first four years of service, ultimately reaching a rate of $21.97.
