The essential responsibilities of this role include delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. There may be opportunities for cross-training in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and support a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns while following established operating procedures for handling cash.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain and implement merchandising philosophy, adhering to established procedures and standards.
– Ensure precise processing and preparation of merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Initiate and actively participate in store recovery activities throughout the day.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition as well as constructive feedback from team members.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Participate in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is influenced by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
