We are in search of team members who can seamlessly integrate into any of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This position is based in West Chester, at our store located at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The pay range for this role is $10.53 – $14.74 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
– Consistently deliver outstanding guest service by:
– Engaging with guests to understand their desires and assisting them in crafting their meal solutions
– Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of store products and weekly promotional items while collaborating across departments to offer effective support to guests
– Creating a welcoming shopping environment through the merchandising and stocking of products and specialty items throughout the day, while ensuring guests in proximity receive assistance
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
– Presenting yourself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards
Qualifications:

– Must be at least 16 years of age.
