About the Position:
We are seeking team members who are adaptable and can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. This position is based in West Chester at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The pay range for this role is between $10.53 and $14.74 per hour.
What You’ll Do:
– Deliver exceptional guest service through:
– Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
– Maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about weekly promotions to effectively support guests across departments
– Ensuring a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and restocking products throughout the day while attending to guests’ needs
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
– Upholding a professional appearance and adhering to uniform standards
