About the Position:
We are in search of team members who are versatile and can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, as well as our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $10.53 – $14.74 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently excellent guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assisting them in creating meal solutions.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotional items store-wide, and collaborating across departments to provide assistance.
    • Enhancing the shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products while ensuring that guests nearby are provided with prompt assistance.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties within the store.
    • Presenting yourself in a professional manner, in line with uniform standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum age of 16 years.
