Job Description
Job Title: Casino Porter / Custodian
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Saint Ignace, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Casino Porter / Custodian” in Saint Ignace, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive, though it may vary based on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and local demand. As of late 2023, custodial roles in the hospitality and gaming industries typically range from $12 to $18 per hour in similar regions, with higher wages often found in larger metropolitan areas or in casinos with more extensive facilities. Given that Saint Ignace is a smaller city, $15 per hour aligns reasonably well with the lower end of the spectrum, indicating it may attract employees but could be enhanced to ensure retention and competitiveness in the labor market.
