The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

What will you do?
– Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, process payments, and provide correct change
– Prepare mixed drinks according to standardized recipes and proportions
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by requesting identification and adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
– Accurately complete sales and inventory reports
– Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

More about you
– Must be at least 21 years of age
– Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
– Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
– Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
– No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements
– Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions
– Ability to occasionally lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds
– Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during peak times
