Job Title: Catering Coordinator

Company: Saddleback BBQ

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $13 – 20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $20 for a Catering Coordinator position in Lansing, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards for similar roles. According to recent data, catering coordinators typically earn between $15 to $30 per hour nationally, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the specific market dynamics of the geographic location. In urban areas with higher living costs, rates tend to skew higher, and given Lansing’s cost of living is moderate, the offered rate may not fully attract qualified candidates. Thus, while the compensation could be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not align well with more experienced professionals or those seeking fair remuneration for their skills and expertise in catering management.
