Job Description
Job Title: Catering Party Planning Manager
Company: Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay: $19 – 21 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $21 for a “Catering Party Planning Manager” in Livonia, MI, appears to be on the lower side compared to industry standards. According to various salary data sources, the typical pay range for similar roles within the catering and event planning sector can vary significantly, often falling between $25 to $35 per hour depending on the level of experience, responsibilities, and specific market demands in the area. Given that Livonia is in close proximity to Detroit, where catering and event planning can command higher wages due to increased demand and cost of living, this pay rate may not be competitive enough to attract experienced professionals in the field. Therefore, it may be beneficial for employers to consider adjusting their compensation offerings to align more closely with industry averages and attract qualified candidates.
