AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Catering Service Lead – GVSU Pew Campus” role in Grand Rapids, MI, it’s important to consider local economic factors, the specific responsibilities of the role, and industry standards. As of 2023, hourly rates for catering services leads typically range from $15 to $25 depending on experience and responsibilities, with higher wages potentially found in urban areas or prestigious institutions. Given that Grand Rapids is not as large as metropolitan hubs, a competitive rate might also consider local cost of living, which is generally lower than in cities like Chicago or Detroit. Therefore, if the hourly rate for this position falls within this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may not align with industry standards and could deter qualified candidates. Always check reliable salary databases or local job postings for the most current data.
