Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Catering Team Members to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties, including preparing the venue prior to guest arrival, setting tables, clearing and sanitizing tables, and assisting with setup for service stations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including portion sizes, ingredients, and pricing.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
• Monitor dining guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, assisting as needed and bringing any issues to the supervisor’s attention.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with both team members and guests.
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
• Availability for part-time, on-call events and readiness to work flexible shifts.

Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, along with the ability to navigate between tables and around corners.
• Capability to lift, balance, and transport large food trays weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient for taking orders and preparing bills.
