The compensation for this position is $25.55 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, a robust safety culture, exemplary leadership, and much more.
Schedule:
- 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time.
- Schedule typically consists of 4 days of 12-hour shifts.
- Saturday deliveries are often a requirement.
- Coverage for driver vacations may involve some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery trucks to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Efficiently unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
- Manage collections and payments from customers as necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively throughout each shift.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10 or more per shift).
Qualifications:
- Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, with the required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
- Proficiency in operating a manual transmission is preferred and may be required at specific locations.
- Ability to effectively read and communicate in English, including understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and entering information on reports.
