Join a leader in the foodservice industry and take the next step in your career with us! Our Delivery Drivers earn an hourly rate of $24.08, which increases to $26.00 after 90 days. Once training is completed, drivers have the opportunity to transition to component pay. Enjoy the convenience of weekly pay and comprehensive benefits starting after 90 days.

We offer a 4-day work week from Monday to Friday, with Wednesdays off, and a start time between 3 and 5 AM. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Methodically unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and organize them in designated storage areas at customer locations.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and ensure proper signatures are obtained.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, completing frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience is required, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Preferred ability to operate manual transmission; may be required in certain locations.
  • Must be proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of holding conversations, understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports and records.

Compensation is determined by relevant experience, education, specific skills, and geographic location, among other factors in accordance with the law.
