Our Delivery Drivers earn an hourly wage of $24.08, with the opportunity to increase to $26.00 per hour after 90 days. Additionally, drivers may transition to component pay upon successful completion of training. Enjoy the benefits of weekly pay and healthcare benefits that commence after 90 days of employment.

This position features a four-day workweek, allowing for Mondays through Fridays off on Wednesdays, with early morning start times ranging from 3 AM to 5 AM. Key Responsibilities:
– Operate trucks safely to ensure timely delivery to customers.
– Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing items in designated storage areas.
– Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure required signatures.
– Process collections and payments from customers as necessary.
– Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
– Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during shifts is required.
– Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions and making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:
– Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
– Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
– Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence, with applicable endorsements and DOT qualifications, is required.
– A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (in any industry) or three months of commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery sector is mandatory.
– Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred and may be mandatory in certain locations.
– Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read and communicate effectively in English, including understanding highway traffic signs, responding to official inquiries, and accurately completing reports and records.
