Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.95, with opportunities for rate increases following your first 90 days. Schedule
Your work week will be Tuesday through Saturday, beginning at 7:30 AM and continuing until the delivery commitments for the day are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery trucks and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas at customer sites.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
• Manage collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 20 to 80+ lbs during each shift.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions, including frequent stops throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required, with appropriate endorsements as mandated.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical and pre-employment testing (including drug screens and background checks).
• Candidates should have no more than two traffic violation convictions in the last two years, with no DUI convictions in the last three years and no driver’s license suspensions during that period.
• While commercial driving experience is not required, one year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred, along with six months of local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
• Experience with hand cart deliveries is advantageous.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is essential to meet customer needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is necessary, particularly as it relates to job duties and safety regulations.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) are required.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
