This position offers competitive compensation, which includes the potential for overtime pay and incentives based on cases delivered, mileage, and stops. The expected hourly base rate for this role is between $24.00 and $25.00, based on relevant experience, education, skills, functions, geographic location, and other lawful factors.
Typical working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:
– Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers within scheduled delivery times.
– Methodically unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, ensuring proper placement in designated customer storage areas.
– Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
– Manage collections and payments as needed.
– Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
– Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing between 20 and 80+ pounds repeatedly throughout each shift.
– Comfort with driving and working in adverse weather conditions while making frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications:
– Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– Possession of a valid CDL Class B license issued by the state of residence, including necessary endorsements and compliance with DOT qualifications.
– At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months of experience specific to food and beverage delivery.
– Preference for candidates who can operate manual transmissions; may be required in specific locations.
– Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, enabling effective conversations, understanding of traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports and records.
