Job Description
Job Title: CDL A Delivery Truck Driver – Immediate Opening
Company: Core-Mark
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $24 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $24 for a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver in Ypsilanti, MI, is somewhat below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, type of cargo, and company specifics. Factors such as the cost of living in the Ypsilanti area and the current demand for truck drivers could further influence the competitiveness of this rate. Given the ongoing driver shortages and the higher rates often offered by larger logistics companies, $24 may not be sufficiently attractive to lure experienced drivers, unless there are additional benefits or incentives provided. Overall, this rate might be seen as less competitive within the broader industry context.
