Freight & Equipment:

• Primary Freight Type: Dry Van, primarily operating in the Midwest

• Speed Limit: 73 mph (both pedal and cruise control)
• Amenities: Equipped with APU and 1800-watt inverter
• Electronic Logs: Utilizes Samsara system
• Truck Assignment: Permanently assigned to the driver
• Take-Home Policy: Permitted within reasonable limits (safe and secure parking required)

Pre-Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 23 years
• Experience:
  • 1 year of verifiable experience within the past 3 years
  • 2 years of verifiable experience within the past 5 years
• Valid CDL: Must be held in the state of residence
• No Automatic Restriction: Applicants must not have this restriction
• Driving Record:
  • No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years (maximum of 2 in the past year)
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the past year
  • A maximum of 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No major moving violations in the past 3 years, including excessive speeding (15+ mph), improper lane changes, or following too closely that resulted in an accident
• Criminal History:
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
  • No felony convictions in the past 5 years (other cases reviewed on an individual basis)
  • No violent or sexual misdemeanors
• Drug Testing: Must successfully pass a urine drug test

We are currently hiring solo drivers within a 50-mile radius of Sharonville, OH (with flexibility for drivers willing to run out of this terminal) and teams within a 100-mile radius.
