Schedule:

  • 85% of Driver routes provide the opportunity to be home daily.
  • Typical schedules consist of 4 shifts of 12 hours each.
  • Saturday deliveries are often required.
  • Coverage for driver vacations may involve night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain required signatures.
  • Process collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.*
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A issued by your state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, is required.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry is required, or three months of experience specifically in food and/or beverage delivery.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can operate manual transmission vehicles, as this may be required in certain locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is necessary, including the ability to converse, understand highway signage, respond to official inquiries, and fill out reports.
