Schedule:

• 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time.
• Typical schedule of four 12-hour shifts per week.
• Saturday deliveries may be required.
• Vacation coverage may include evening routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Ingredients of the Job:

• Operate trucks safely to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products carefully using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure signatures as needed.
• Manage collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance client experiences.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift is essential.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions with frequent stops (average of 10+ per shift).

What You Bring to the Table:

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.*
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of legal residence, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (in any industry), OR three months of experience in food and/or beverage delivery is required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred, and may be necessary at specific locations.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is essential for understanding traffic signs and holding conversations, as well as for completing reports and records.
