Job Title: CDL A Truck Driver

Company: US Foods

Location: University Heights, OH

Pay: $18.95 – 19.95 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.95 – $19.95 for a CDL A Truck Driver in University Heights, OH, appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for CDL A truck drivers in Ohio generally ranges from $20 to $25, depending on experience, type of cargo, and specific employer benefits. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller carriers, it may not attract experienced drivers who often seek higher pay reflecting their skills and certifications. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living, demand for drivers, and benefits offered can influence competitiveness, but this range could prompt drivers to consider alternatives if they prioritize better compensation.
