Schedule:

  • 85% of our drivers experience daily home routes.
  • Typical schedule consists of four 12-hour shifts.
  • Saturday deliveries may be frequently required.
  • Coverage for driver vacations may include night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure appropriate signatures.
  • Handle customer payments and collections as necessary.
  • Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively throughout each shift.
  • Comfort with driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is necessary.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months of commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage distribution sector.
  • Preferred experience operating manual transmission; may be required in certain locations.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of holding conversations, understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and documenting information on reports and records.
