We are seeking qualified CDL-A Drivers to join our dynamic team, offering a generous $12,000 retention bonus for eligible candidates. Schedule:

• 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
• Typical schedule consists of 4 days of 12-hour shifts.
• Saturday deliveries are often required.
• Vacation coverage for drivers may involve occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks safely to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products accurately using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas as instructed.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
• Manage collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift is essential.
• Comfortable operating in inclement weather and making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.*
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A, issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry or a minimum of three months of experience within the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
• Preferred ability to operate a manual transmission; may be necessary in certain locations.
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English, enabling effective conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and accurately completing reports.
