We are seeking qualified CDL-A Drivers to join our dynamic team, offering a generous $12,000 retention bonus for eligible candidates. Schedule:
- 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
- Typical schedule consists of 4 days of 12-hour shifts.
- Saturday deliveries are often required.
- Vacation coverage for drivers may involve occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks safely to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Unload products accurately using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas as instructed.
- Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
- Manage collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift is essential.
- Comfortable operating in inclement weather and making frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications:
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.*
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid CDL Class A, issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry or a minimum of three months of experience within the food and/or beverage delivery sector is required.
- Preferred ability to operate a manual transmission; may be necessary in certain locations.
- Proficient in reading and communicating in English, enabling effective conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and accurately completing reports.
