Schedule:

• 85% of driver routes provide daily home time.
• Typical schedule consists of 4 days, working 12 hours each day.
• Saturday deliveries may be required.
• Vacation coverage for drivers may include some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Efficiently unload products using equipment such as two-wheelers or pallet jacks and place items in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
• Handle customer payments and collections as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. throughout each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sector.
• Preferred ability to operate a manual transmission; may be required in certain locations.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including the ability to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports.
