We are currently seeking qualified CDL-A drivers to help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the foodservice industry. As a token of appreciation, we are offering a $12,000 retention bonus for eligible drivers who join our team.

Schedule Highlights:

  • Approximately 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
  • Standard work schedule typically consists of four 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated customer storage areas.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying with customers and obtaining necessary signatures.
  • Manage collections and payments from customers as applicable.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct all required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable with driving and working in various weather conditions, with frequent stops (more than ten per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid CDL Class A, issued by your state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications is mandatory.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience, or three months within the food and/or beverage delivery sector.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in certain locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English is essential for understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and documenting records.
