Schedule:
- Approximately 85% of driver routes allow for daily home returns.
- Typical work schedule is 4 days of 12-hour shifts.
- Saturday deliveries are often required.
- Coverage for driver vacation may necessitate some night routes and overnight stays.

Core Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
- Methodically unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
- Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
- Handle customer collections and payments as required.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively throughout each shift.
- Ability to drive and work in various weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications:
- Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.*
- Minimum age of 21.
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence, with the appropriate endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- At least six months of commercial driving experience (in any industry) or three months of commercial driving experience specifically in food and/or beverage delivery is required.
- Proficiency in operating a manual transmission is preferred and may be necessary in certain locations.
- Must possess the ability to read and communicate effectively in English, capable of holding conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and accurately entering information on reports and records.
