Schedule:

• 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time
• Typical schedule consists of 4 days per week, 12 hours each day
• Saturday deliveries may be required
• Coverage for driver vacations may necessitate occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manual handling and place them in designated storage areas
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures
• Process collections and payments from customers as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift
• Willingness to drive and work in various weather conditions and make frequent stops (10+ per shift)

Qualifications:

• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience OR three months in food and/or beverage delivery required
• Experience operating a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in specific locations
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including the ability to converse, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
