The compensation for this role is set at $25.55 per hour, with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, a strong safety culture, exceptional leadership, and much more.
Schedule:
- 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time
- Typical schedule consists of 4 days per week, 12 hours each day
- Saturday deliveries may be required
- Coverage for driver vacations may necessitate occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays

Main Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times
- Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manual handling and place them in designated storage areas
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures
- Process collections and payments from customers as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift
- Willingness to drive and work in various weather conditions and make frequent stops (10+ per shift)
Qualifications:
- Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience OR three months in food and/or beverage delivery required
- Experience operating a manual transmission is preferred and may be required in specific locations
- Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including the ability to converse, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
