Code Ninjas (Canton, MI) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Center Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels in customer service, business operations, customer sales growth, satisfaction and retention, as well as team management. As the Center Manager, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the operational success and overall performance of our Canton, MI branch.

What We Are Looking For:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk at the center.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and enroll new customers.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Conduct center tours while being mindful of students currently engaged in activities.
  • Foster engagement with children and families within the center.
  • Execute administrative tasks related to both employees and prospective customers.
  • Ensure the center remains a fun and safe learning environment for all students.
  • Adhere to corporate standards regarding cleanliness and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a keen awareness of the center’s dynamics.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture among senseis, students, and parents.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the executive team on progress and undertake related administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with business operations, sales, and administrative processes.
  • A proven track record of working effectively with children aged 5 and older, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for child engagement.
  • Proficiency in technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and general office equipment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, along with a positive and professional demeanor capable of adapting to changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies for management and administrative purposes.
  • Experience in a school setting with school-age children is a plus.
