Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time 1st Shift
Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
Pay: $19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bloomfield Hills, MI, appears to be somewhat below the national average, which generally ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on factors like experience, certifications, and the specific healthcare setting. In Michigan, CNAs typically earn around $15 to $20 per hour, with some variation in higher-cost areas or for those with additional qualifications. Given the cost of living in Bloomfield Hills and considering that this is a full-time position, the offered rate may be seen as less competitive. However, compensation can also reflect other benefits or incentives that may not be immediately apparent in the hourly wage alone. Overall, while $19 per hour is within the typical range for the state, it could be considered on the lower end, especially if there are no additional benefits included.
