Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time 1st Shift

Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is considered slightly below the average industry standards for this role in the region. Generally, CNAs in Michigan earn between $20 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience, education, and specific job requirements. While the rate of $19 may be appealing for entry-level candidates or as part-time compensation, it may not be competitive enough to attract more experienced professionals who are seeking positions closer to the market average. Overall, this rate might limit the pool of qualified applicants and could necessitate adjustments to remain attractive in the labor market.
