Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
Pay: $19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bloomfield Hills, MI, appears to be slightly below the average for this role in the region. As of 2023, CNAs in Michigan typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, with the average rate around $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience, facility type, and specific duties. Considering the part-time nature of the position and the 2nd shift scheduling, which can sometimes come with a premium pay, the offered rate is somewhat competitive but may not attract candidates compared to higher-paying opportunities nearby. Potential employees may weigh additional factors such as benefits, working conditions, and opportunities for advancement when evaluating this offer.
