Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time 3rd Shift

Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $19 for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role on the 3rd shift in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is generally considered below the average wage for this position in the region. In Michigan, CNAs typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, the specific employer, and workplace setting. Given the need for night shift work, which often commands a premium, the offered rate may be less competitive when compared to similar roles in the area. Therefore, the rate could be seen as non-competitive, particularly for skilled individuals seeking fair compensation for night shifts.
