Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time 3rd Shift

Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) part-time position on the 3rd shift in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is generally competitive but slightly below the average market rate. As of late 2023, CNAs in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, facility type, and specific duties. Given that Bloomfield Hills is an affluent area, wages may trend higher to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, factors such as shift differentials for 3rd shifts could lead to higher pay rates, making the offered wage less competitive relative to shifts with more demand. Therefore, while the pay is acceptable, it may not be fully in line with the local demand for skilled CNAs, particularly for less desirable shifts.
