Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, STNA)

Company: The Meadows of Delphos

Location: Delphos, OH

Pay: $14.88 – 18.61 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.88 to $18.61 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, STNA) in Delphos, OH, is slightly below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certification, and employer. However, compensation can vary significantly based on local cost of living, demand for healthcare workers, and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, the average CNA wage is generally around $15 to $17 per hour, making this rate competitive within the state but potentially less attractive compared to urban areas or regions experiencing higher demand. Ultimately, while the pay is in line with industry standards for many parts of Ohio, prospective employees may consider additional factors like benefits, work environment, and advancement opportunities when assessing competitiveness.
