Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Company: Medical Alternatives, Inc.
Location: Novi, MI
Pay: $17 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $20 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in Novi, MI, is somewhat competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for CNAs in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $25, with many positions in urban or high-demand areas leaning towards the higher end. Factors such as experience, certification levels, and the specific healthcare facility can influence pay rates. While the offered pay is within the acceptable range, those seeking competitive compensation might look for positions offering higher wages or additional benefits, especially in a growing job market for healthcare support roles.
