AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Charge Nurse” in Hillsdale, MI, we would typically consider factors such as local cost of living, demand for healthcare professionals, and regional salary trends. As of my last knowledge cutoff in October 2023, Charge Nurses in Michigan generally earn between $30 and $50 per hour, depending on experience, facility type, and specific responsibilities. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive, particularly if it also includes benefits and opportunities for advancement. Given Hillsdale’s rural context, rates may vary slightly from urban centers, but a competitive hourly rate would also factor in local market conditions and the cost of living.
