AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Charge Nurse” in Hillsdale, MI, it’s essential to compare it with the national average and regional trends for this role. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Charge Nurses in the United States typically earn between $30 to $50 per hour, with variations based on experience, healthcare setting, and geographical location. In Michigan, the rates can be slightly lower, averaging around $30 to $40 per hour. If the rate you’ve mentioned falls within or slightly above this range, it would generally be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards in that area, particularly if it reflects the local cost of living and demand for nursing professionals. For a more precise evaluation, having the exact hourly rate would enable a clearer assessment.
