Objective/Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the full food service program for your designated College Fresh account, ensuring alignment with College Fresh’s vision and commitment to fresh, made-from-scratch cuisine and exceptional customer service.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A Culinary Arts degree and/or a minimum of two years of catering experience, demonstrating substantial knowledge in food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning, organization, and leadership.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current Servsafe Food Protection Manager certification or an equivalent credential from an accredited program.
Essential Functions:
- Order, stock, prepare, and serve food to residents at the assigned College Fresh account, ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards and in compliance with public health guidelines.
- Develop and post weekly menus, submitting them to the menu sharing system as directed by management.
- Manage the budget and organize invoice submissions as required by management.
- Maintain accurate and legible records of all receipts for purchases made with the company credit card by utilizing the expense tracking system.
- Oversee inventory, maintain stock of all supplies, and comply with cleanliness and sanitation regulations at the client, state, and local levels.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent College Fresh professionally by addressing clients’ needs, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist the Regional Manager with the hiring and training of subordinate staff as necessary.
- Prepare special event meals for occasions such as recruitment, homecoming, and family appreciation days as required.
- Perform routine tasks, including dishwashing, mopping, and waste removal, when needed or in the absence of dedicated staff.
- Complete any other duties as assigned or mutually agreed upon with the Regional Manager.
Work Location/Environment:
This position operates within a kitchen environment equipped with appliances such as ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, coffee machines, steamers, mixers, and chef’s knives. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire, and noise.
Physical Demands:

- The employee may occasionally be required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:
