We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and enhance our dining offerings.

As the Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee all culinary operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, developing innovative menus, and managing a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your leadership and culinary expertise will be instrumental in delivering an extraordinary dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations within the hotel’s dining outlets.
  • Develop and implement creative and diverse menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events, special menus, and guest services.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continually enhance the dining experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or in a similar leadership role within a hotel or large-scale culinary operation.
  • Exceptional culinary skills coupled with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively oversee multiple dining outlets and a diverse team.
