AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Chef De Cuisine” role in Mackinac Island, MI, we would first consider the industry standards for similar positions in both the culinary field and the specific geographical area. Typically, chefs at this level, especially in tourist destinations like Mackinac Island, can earn anywhere from $20 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, the complexity of the menu, and the establishment’s prestige. If the offered rate is within this range, it could be deemed competitive; however, if it falls significantly below or exceeds these figures, it may indicate either a lack of competition or an exceptionally high demand for skilled chefs in the region.
