Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls at the clinic
• Warmly greet patients upon their arrival
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Communicate fees to patients and process their payments
• Perform data entry within the clinic’s computer systems
• Provide information on products available for purchase at the clinic and handle related transactions
• Maintain up-to-date patient files, enter appropriate charges, and manage payment processing
• Assist Chiropractors during treatment sessions
