Job Summary

We are seeking a remarkable Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! This role involves active participation in patient care, as well as handling front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls at the clinic
• Greet patients upon their arrival
• Schedule patient appointments
• Communicate fees to patients and process payments
• Perform data entry within the clinic’s computer systems
• Describe available products for purchase and facilitate payments for these items
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files, entering appropriate charges and processing payments
• Assist chiropractors during treatment sessions
