Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls at the clinic
• Greet patients upon their arrival
• Schedule patient appointments
• Clearly explain fees to patients and manage payment transactions
• Conduct data entry within the clinic’s computer systems
• Present available products for purchase and process related payments
• Maintain accurate patient files, entering appropriate charges and processing payments
• Assist Chiropractors during treatments
