We are currently seeking a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Warrensville Heights, OH, with an hourly compensation of $20 – $23.

Work Schedule:
Your week will be varied and engaging, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 5:30 PM and Thursdays until 6:30 PM. Saturdays conclude by 12:30 PM.
Requirements:
– A valid driver’s license
– Excellent communication skills
– Previous customer-facing experience is preferred
Role Overview:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the welcoming face for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival. You will oversee office operations by scheduling appointments, responding to phone calls and emails, and maintaining front desk efficiency. In addition, you will assist our chiropractors with patient therapy and prepare treatment rooms for upcoming appointments. Educating patients about their care will be essential, empowering them in their wellness journey. You will manage patient records and insurance verifications with professionalism and confidentiality, and ensure that our inventory is well-stocked to support smooth office operations.
