Requirements:

  • A comprehensive understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) business processes, use cases, and hands-on implementation experience in Web Access Management areas, including but not limited to Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication, Risk-Based Authentication, Identity Proofing, and Web Fraud Management, utilizing leading access management products.
  • Experience with tools such as PingIdentity, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C, Auth0, and IBM is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience conducting CIAM product evaluations based on customer requirements.
  • The ability to grasp the broader context of the organization’s Information Security landscape, including compliance regulations, business drivers, access management processes, tools, and their interdependencies, while maintaining attention to implementation-level details.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture, design, and implementation within Web Access Management.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in architecting highly available, scalable, and agile CIAM solutions (including WAM, SSO, Risk-Based Authentication, Federation, etc.) that align with enterprise security architecture.
  • Successful oversight of at least three to four projects in a solution architect capacity, involving key activities such as architecture design, detailed design, implementation, and integration of various systems and applications for diverse web access management use cases.
  • Extensive experience in developing high-level and low-level solution design documents.
  • At least two to three years of development experience in the Java programming language.
  • In-depth understanding of the high availability aspects of access management components, their internal architecture, performance tuning, and configuration in both standalone and clustered environments.
  • Relevant certification in one of the leading web access management products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Architect CIAM solutions using prominent access management products such as PingID, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C, Auth0, or IBM.
  • Conduct interactions and meetings with business, enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently.
  • Enhance visibility through collaborations with analysts and the development of access management solutions in partnership with competency center leads.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn about other leading access management products.
  • Possess a solid understanding of server and network architecture and related technical expertise.
